These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.devamworldtrade.com (the “Site”) operated by Devam World Trade (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or sending us an enquiry you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Nature of the Site

The Site provides general information about Devam World Trade, an India-based export and import trading company, and the product categories we trade. It is intended for business-to-business use. Nothing on the Site is an offer for sale; it is an invitation for you to make an enquiry.

2. Enquiries and quotations

• Submitting the Request a Quote form, contact form or a product enquiry does not create a contract. Any indicative pricing, availability or lead time shared on the Site, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email is for guidance only.
• Quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing by Devam World Trade in a formal quotation or proforma invoice that states the product, specification, quantity, packing, price, delivery terms (Incoterms), validity and payment terms.
• A contract of sale arises only when we accept your purchase order in writing. Each transaction will be governed by the terms of that written confirmation and any separate sale agreement, which take precedence over these Terms.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a quotation is confirmed, and may vary with exchange rates, freight and market conditions.

3. Product information

• Product descriptions, grades, specifications, images and applications on the Site are provided for general information and are stated as described by the respective manufacturers and suppliers. They may be updated, and images may not match the exact product supplied.
• Binding specifications are only those stated in the written quotation, the Certificate of Analysis or other documents issued for a specific shipment.
• Product names, trademarks and CAS numbers mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

4. Regulatory compliance

Many of the products we trade — including chemicals, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, solvents and food products — are regulated. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a product may be lawfully imported, registered, stored, handled, sold and used in the destination country, and to obtain all licences, registrations and permits required there. We supply products subject to applicable Indian export regulations and any approvals required in the destination market, and may decline an enquiry where the necessary documentation cannot be provided.

5. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
• submit false, misleading or spam enquiries, or use automated tools to submit forms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system; or
• copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute content from the Site except as permitted below.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, layout and software — are owned by or licensed to Devam World Trade and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation of our products. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Information you provide through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India, without prejudice to any dispute-resolution clause agreed in a written sale contract.
